Normal resting heart beat is between 70 to 100 BPM. Too high or too low can create a problem like with my recent bout of A Fib and a 175 BPM. As I sit here typing, my blood pressure is fine and my heart rate is a nice steady 70 BPM.Those of us with PACEMAKERS still must take drugs to keep the heart in proper rhythm for the PACEMAKER to do it's job and keep you in good rhythm. I saw my Cardiologist this morning to have my Pacemaker fine tuned and to adjust the meds that I will have to take. The technology is quite amazing.
