Been looking online to adopt Bernese Mountain Dog. Came across a Bernese Mountain Dog, German Shepherd mix. Male 2 yrs old, and very energetic.

Wednesday is the day my wife and I drive Dickson City to bring our new pet home. At the moment I cannot sit long in a car but as of tomorrow a spinal injection might relieve back pain for the drive to PA and back.

I will agree, a large dog, this one sounds like a shedder, makes a lot of work in cleaning the house. The grooming and brushing never stops. Do you have a large yard for him to excersise?
I only say this because I have a big furry dog. He came to me when his owner passed. I love him, he is a great dog but is not what I would have chosen.

I have 3 other rescue dogs Bernese Mountain Dog 5ys old, Border Collie 8 yrs old and 10 yr old small hound mix. There comes some challenges with this new pooch, he is allergic to chicken so we have to avoid all chicken products, not leased train yet, he's very strong, I hope he will spark life into the dogs we have. This will include Sadie a BMD rescued from an Amish puppy mill as a breeding dog. Sadie did not learn how to socialize in her former role as a breeding dog with limited human contact. It is sad that Sadie doesn't let me pet her or get near her. My wife has better luck with Sadie than I do, hoping by introducing a young energetic 2 yr old male in the equation will generate some happy activities.
