Aging Gracefully - from Dr. Andrew Weil, MD...

I've bookmarked the site for a later read, but always a little leery when they have a marketplace.
I have heard that criticism before and it was given me pause before. But, I eventually looked at all the corrupt doctors, taking bribes, scamming the system in various ways and realized that regular doctors are hardly a bastion of pristine morality.

I think the culture of natural medicine people selling supplements may have simply come from an older generation, when those supplements were so hard to find, that it was best the practitioners sell them, so that their patients could just find them at all.

But, I do agree with you. Now that that era has past, they should just let other companies sell the items.

My life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body.

But rather to skid in sideways, whisky in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:

"WOO-HOO what a ride!"

I have already done that, but unfortunately did not wind up dead, just a banged up couch potato.
