You gotta be kidding. Right ?
Gore, Biden take your pick. I think the Dems know Hillary's candidacy is close to a natural death ie insurmountable polling. I don't think they'll force her out. I think the initial strategy was push one candidate all the way which the Republicans wanted to do as well. I don't even think the Dems had a debate schedule going into the summer.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton holds a wide lead in the Democratic contest for the nomination, receiving 58 percent of Democratic primary voters' support. Senator Bernie Sanders is second, with 17 percent. Vice President Joe Biden, who has not yet announced whether he is running for president, receives support from 11 percent of Democratic primary voters.
When asked which candidate is their second choice for the nomination, 42 percent choose Joe Biden.
Hillary Clinton enjoys widespread favorability among Democratic primary voters. But it is still early in the campaign, and many Democratic primary voters haven't formed an overall opinion of Bernie Sanders. While more view Bernie Sanders in a positive than a negative light, nearly half are undecided or haven't heard enough about him to form an opinion.

I think Hillary's candidacy remains strong and certainly is nowhere close to a natural death. I've been a loyal Democrat since I first registered to vote 45 years ago, but if the party chose Gore over Hillary, that would be the end for me. I can't help but think it's idle talk.

Sanders would probably be doing better if the media paid as much attention to him as they do to Billary and The Donald. Or if they paid even half as much attention to him.
