I've heard stories of places in Africa especially of groups using 12-14 year boys but not 10 year old girls. I'm not saying young teenage girl wouldn't be used but those ISIS kiddie photographs are supposedly ISIS telling the world even if they die there's more on the way. Same for the boy pulling the trigger in the video.
