Aloe Smoothie

Many people swear by aloe for glowing skin
and this smoothie is a delicious way to get into your diet.

Aloe is, usually, a topical skin soother,
but it also delivers Antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:
1 C.fresh or frozen diced 🍍 pineapple
1 C. diced mango
1 C. Chopped Kale
1 C. Coconut milk
2 tblsps.pure aloe Vera gel
1 tsp. grated ginger

Place all in blender...whip up.... ENJOY!!😉
