Pay my family a cool million USD and I'll take the plunge over Niagara Falls right now. On the Canadian side no less so it will look more stunning.

Watching the sunset at the Grand Canyon, I saw a lot of people out on rocks beyond signs that said "DO NOT GO PAST THIS POINT".

I asked a Ranger what they did with people who did this and he matter-of-factly said, "Well, we hope they have identification in their pockets when we recover their bodies from the bottom."

I noticed that the farther West you go, the less the authorities concern themselves with stopping stupid people from doing stupid things.

I guess the rangers are all sick and tired of them. I sympathize.
