I didn't read the comments, but after it was cooked, she looked like she was having trouble cutting into it, so I thought the same thing. I'd like the cabbage cooked a bit more.One of the comments stated they would cook the cabbage a bit longer so as not to be as crunchy, if that's any help. I might make this someday, when I'm in the zone.

Interesting Cabbage - that's an oxymoron for sure
If you know how to make rolls you can shred the cabbage and parboil it a bit, then mix it with the meat mixture to make stuffed rolls.
