An Old Phonograph

I've had this old wind-up record player for decades. Bought it from a local woman in the early 1970s for $10. Only plays 78 RPM disks. Probably collector's item now.

On the left side of the 4th photo, what‘s on the right side of the cabinet? Is it sheet music? You might be able to sell that separately.
