Another satellite coming down this weekend

Anyone else find it worrisome that for all the whizzbang gear, and the vaunted scientific knowledge we're fed that they haven't the slightest clue where and exactly when this will impact? They can plan to land Curiosity on a dime on Mars but they can't do the match for a clapped out piece of space junk? Just how good are these guys really? :cool:
 
Sooner or later something's going to hit a populated area.

They talk on the science channel about plans to divert a huge asteroid but they can't even stop a small thing like this???
