This one is simple. All quantities by eyeball to your taste and liking and appetite.
Frozen vegetables selection Chinese Style
Rice
Sausages.
Cook the rice. 2 parts water to one part rice. Boil the water. Add the rice. Cover and let boil for 5 minutes. Then turn off element and let the rice absorb the water.
Frozen vegetables. Steam them until tender.
In the meantime bake the sausage till well done.
Then in a large fry pan, stir fry the vegetables, add soy sauce, a bit of broth.
Then add the sausages.
Then put the rice in a plate and place the cooked vegetables over the rice.
Sprinkle with pepper to taste. I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top to give it a bit of salt.
