Any Advice On Dental Implants Versus A Bridge??

I am looking at one upper molar on one side and one top and one bottom on the other side. I dread the idea of a removable bridge because it is so unnatural to me. Implants are expensive and before that would be my choice I am in to one part of my teeth for $2100 already and going to see a specialist Thursday to see if they can save one tooth in question. That should be another 1-2 thousand dollars. Any have a suggestion on which way to go?

Thankfully I still have my "original" teeth, but my hubby has implants, caps, etc. If I were facing the choice, I'd go with implants if I could afford to do so. They are much more like real teeth.

I have two implants on my rear molars, one upper and one down. The only complaint that I have was how long it took to complete the work. As for how they feel and work, well, the nerves in the tooth are dead, so I have to be careful that I make sure that I chew my food, so that it may be easily swallowed. My dental insurance paid about 75% of the work that also included extracting the old teeth. The only reason that I had them replaced was that they decayed under the caps. I had a choice of having the caps taken off and the teeth repaired again or having a small upper and lower bridge put in. However, with the implants, I treat them as if they were my own original teeth, which makes things much simpler. The dental surgeon that did the work, suggested that the top implant be gold plated, but I opted to stay away from that.
