I have been looking for a source for this Brit TV series, and finally found one, but having a problem finding out which DVD to buy. Available are Vols. 1 to 5. I want the DVD done in 1997. According to IMDB.com, that would be Episode #1.2149 through Episode #1.2303, but I cannot figure out which volume to buy. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I'm in America, but buy DVDs from Europe, Australia, etc. Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm looking to add that DVD to my collection without having to buy all the DVDs.

Emmerdale is not exactly British TV at it's best, but I guess somebody must have liked it. Actually, I have been to the village of Esholt which is the setting of "Emmerdale" and had a pint or two in the "Woolpack" - in real life, The Commercial Inn. It's only the exteriors of the buildings that were used on TV, the interior shots were done in studios.
Well not much of Brit TV is available here (or even known here), so I cannot be too picky. Anyway, I'm collecting whatever I can that has Jeremy Turner-Welch in it, and that is not much:

As it happens, I lucked on to a source of the Emmerdale DVDs, but would rather not buy all five volumes....just the episodes from 1997, when he joined the cast.
