Actually that doesn’t sound like a bad guess. Maybe it was used as a darkroom.Whoever built it was a photographer and used it to store rolls of film. Remember film use to come in those little square boxes, right? You could load each bin up with different speed or types of film, it made for easy storage, easy inventory and easily pull what you need for the day.

Hard to believe someone lived with those for 6 years without removing them...Any idea of what these would be used for? They’re in a pantry. It was a question that came up on FB. The person looking at the house was curious. The former owners lived there for six years and never knew. There are 2.5 million members and no answer yet.
