Any Suggestions for a Good Exercise routine?

I am looking for some useful suggestions about exercising? I am in shape (ie, not overweight) but I am looking for something new to help me stay limber and fit through my golden years, what is a good idea? Yoga, water aerobics, etc? and why?
 

I take an hour long walk outdoors in the park with my dog everyday, good for mind and body. I've also been going to a Zumba class a few times a week, it's fun and gets the heart pumping and helps to sweat out any toxins. A couple of times a week, I'll do a little light weights for upper body, either at the gym or at home, good for bone strength and to avoid osteoporosis.
