Mine stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I bought a new one (same model). Same problem. Found that the update screwed up a lot of people's printer. I down loaded a Microsoft tool that will supposedly fix the problem, but my computer can't find it. I can't believe sometimes how many times I had printer problems, sometimes it had to do with a Microsoft update.
