Yes most days, but I try to avoid any with sugar added. With plain I sprinkle a little sweetener and a dash of vanilla extract. (Now, don’t bother saying anything about the sweetener.)
 
I try to eat yogurt every day. It makes a good snack or even dessert with a little whipped cream on top. Yogurt also helps prevent yeast infections. We used to advise the young ladies who presented with yeast in our clinic to eat yogurt often if they weren't allergic.
 
I have a bunch of frozen fruit in the freezer I am going to put in a mini-blender and stir in to vanilla yogurt. Vanilla is OK but fruit added can't go wrong.
