I'll admit I'm guilty of frequenting Whole Foods and buying some of their hot foods from the counter so I have something quick and tasty to heat up for dinner. We are never disappointed. I usually go to Albertsons for non-refrigerated goods like wine, toilet paper, cat litter, etc.
But last week I decided to go to Albertsons and see what kind of real food I could find. I wanted something different. Tonight we had George and Rubie's Texas Gumbo with sausage and chicken. I bought fried okra over the counter at Albertsons and heated up Texas Toast. It was one of the more delicious meals we've had in a while and will feed us for two nights. It was considerably less expensive than Whole Foods (although what isn't?) This is great stuff!
