Anyone like "cool" soup(s)?

This house until recenly always had Gazpacho in the fridge. Sometimes I bought it chilled ready made, and sometimes I'd make my own in the blender. Now there's only me I don't bother with it any more

We are having hotter and muggier weather here now, and I started thinking about making some gazpacho today. I found this interesting recipe on YouTube, and it is one that looks fairly simple to make, so when my Walmart order arrives, i am going to make a batch of this.
Before, when I made it, I blended it to almost a thick drink consistency, but this one has more edible chunks in it.

I make Andalucian Gazpacho using ripe tomatoes, blended with garlic and onion and seasoned with Spanish hot paprika. Don't forget to salt and to use ripe tomatoes.

I usually drink it with a garlic and tomato sandwich. Smear crushed garlic on a slice of bread and then add a couple of slices of ripe tomato and salt the tomato. Fold the bread and enjoy. I had rather have the soup with the sandwich instead of adding stale bread crumbs to the soup. Sometimes I put thin slices of avocado, cut in half, in the soup.
