I mostly use Chrome and have Vivaldi as a backup which lately is forever updating with stuff I don't need.
I don't much like Safari and just don't use it.
Brave and Firefox didn't work for me either so have been looking for something new.

I would like some user feedback if anyone is using it
Thanks

A friend of mine says she likes Opera. I use Firefox.

Dumping Firefox - Newly report security issues.
Personally, I posted a thread about dumping FireFox. I've since decided not to. I realize that what I was worried about - security - it's out there & I'm just throwing gasoline on a already burning fire. I think I'm honest to a fault but others are not & I'm familiar with Firefox, tried several: Brave, Vivaldi, Konqueror, Opera, (never trusted Chormium or anything Google), etc... Some were workable, some were too complicated & not.

I use a credit card for online purchases, realizing what is encoded on my card account is the info I was trying to block or protect, Besides, big brother is watching. I think I'll stay with the tried & true, I'll just keep alert to any mistakes or errors, practice good online safety. Downsized/edited & on watch of my own accounts.

I use Vivaldi, but also Edge (because it's built into Windows 11), mostly Vivaldi though. On my phone (iPhone) I use DuckDuckGo.
Vivaldi was probably closer to Firefox as any, it comes installed on Manjaro. I disable it & install Firefox. Edge is something I've never tried. That's just me, to each their own. I use duckduckgo for my searches, avoiding Google. Had very little trouble with any. Good luck with the OS you choose.

I only have an Android smartphone - for the 'secret code'. better than a flipper. I self-destruct with almost any phone, Use my laptop for all else, need that keyboard, familiarity & comfort. I hate phones, stays near my laptop unused most times or for emergencies.

I've been using Microsoft forever and now along with duckduckgo. I do everything in my power to stay away from anything Google.
