Something I'm considering...a few questions...
What are the most important qualities to do the job well?
What is the hardest part?
The easiest part?
Does it require math?

I have had five children and faced some fairly nasty stuff. The most recent was the youngest getting hit by a car. Instead of typical Mom response...I ran across the road side and started connecting right away. I knew the jokes that might help, don't let her see the blood on my hands and trying to evaluate injuries while talking and being reassuring.

Five kids and blood, poop, vomit, tears...yup I can hold it together...in fact comforting is one of my specialties, CPR and I suppose the more you practice the better you get. Opinions?
