Apple Cranberry Crisp Pie

1 unbaked pie crust
1 large can apple pie filling
3/4 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
spices of your choice (cinnamon, nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice will work well)
1 tsp rum flavoring (optional)

Topping
1/2 cup oatmeal (any type except instant or steel cut)
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar (white or brown)
1/4 cup butter (cut in small cubes)
1 tsp cinnamon

Spray a deep dish pie plate with non-stick spray and line it with the unbaked crust. In a large bowl, mix together apples, craisins and spices (an rum extract, if using). Spoon into prepared crust.

Mix all topping ingredients together until a crumbly and sprinkle that over the top. Bale at 350F for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cool before slicing.
