Bread, milk, eggs maybe cheese, pasta and flour are some of the things I grew up to believe are staples. But for me there are more important foods I can't be without. :D Here are some of them:
~Golden cheese blintzes
~ Whipped cream
~Birdseye broccoli florets
~Cheerios
~Egg whites (in a carton)

Almost everything I keep on hand is a "staple." When I want to cook or bake something, I don't like having to run out, so I keep a lot of things on hand. Aside from bread, milk, eggs, cheese, pasta, and a variety of flours...

Coffee/Tea
Heavy cream
Coconut milk
Cream Cheese
Butter
Bacon
A variety of fresh fruits and veggies
Frozen veggies
Frozen meats
Chocolate
Beans
Rice/ Buckwheat groats
Crackers
Oatmeal/Cream of buckwheat
Macadamia nuts/pecans
Dried cranberries
Unsweetened coconut
Coconut sugar
Maple Syrup
Honey
Jam
Unsweetened sunflower butter
Unflavored gelatin
EVOO/avocado oil/coconut oil
Apple cider vinegar/red wine vinegar/balsamic vinegar
Canned tomatoes
Canned salmon/sardines

I'll stop there. 😁

Strange things hit me at once. I will get a craving that will set in and I have to have that thing. Right now, there are two things, pork rinds and red grapes. Also, I am a diet coke addict. I switched from coke brand to Walmart brand to save money. When I first did the switch, the Walmart soda was .68 for a two liter bottle, now it is 1.18 per two liter bottle.

I have to have pickled beets, jalapeno stuffed olives, Classico traditional basil pesto and Smuckers natural red tart cherry fruit spread.

Water, (I have to buy bottled water), those Hormel "Square Table" meats,
(chicken and gravy and beef au jus), butter, bacon, tagliatelle,(pasta nests),
tuna fish in oil, onions,
and dog food.
