Are You or Do You Know A Sleepwalker?

Have you ever walked in your sleep, or lived with someone who did? I hear it's fairly common, lately with people who took the sleep aid Ambien. If you're a sleepwalker, what's the strangest thing you've done while asleep? fftobed:

One of my daughters walked in her sleep when she was still living home .We once caught her trying to drag her bed out of the door of her room .

My daughter did a little bit of sleepwalking in her younger days. When I'd hear her get up, I'd rise and gently steer her back to bed. It only lasted for a year or two.

A friend took Ambien and apparently raided the fridge on his night time adventures

No, not a sleepwalker, but I have been known to talk in my sleep. I've also been known to undress in my sleep, guess I must have overheated in the middle of my sleep.

One of my sisters, who is a small person, took Ambien; she got up one night and moved all their heavy redwood lawn furniture all around the yard. She woke up the next morning covered in bruises and with dirt and grass stains all over her. No memory whatsoever of moving the furniture.

I've heard of people who take Ambien and wake up in their cars in another town.

I think I'll pass on the Ambien.

I too take Ambien and have been known to stuff my face in the wee hours of the morning, witnessed by my older son and gr'daughter....
to prove this fact we purchased a Grammy-Cam and have me on video....holy cow, there I am eating like a starving refugee, lol....
I also keep a log of date, time, when and what I chowed down, all After taking the pill....not happening much in the last few months tho, phew!
(its okay if you're laughing at this but its not funny in real life right?)
