Are you taking Vitamin B6?

Interesting. My wife has taken a B6 supplement for years, for ulnar nerve entrapment. It helps and no side effects that we've noticed.
Everybody is different. What benefits one may be detrimental to another. Getting consensus in the medical profession is almost impossible. Where one expert tells us this will fix you up, another will tell us the opposite. It's just better to be aware of both sides of the argument, then make up your mind which way you will go

See that the OP is Australian. Not sure about labels elsewhere but US vitamin and mineral supplements for adults are required to list the amounts of each in the supplement and % Daily Value next to that and the daily values are set well below harmful levels.

This is a water soluble vitamin, so getting b6 from food, even in excess, should not be a problem, as cited in several reputable sources like Top7 Benefits of Vitamin B6 . And it has health benefits. Still, there are warnings of taking too much through supplements. Being water soluble I would think you would have to take quite a bit in excess.

Eat a diet that includes the natural sources. https://www.healthline.com/health/vitamin-b6-foods
