I watched the Youtube link, and read through the article. I have not seen the documentary though.

Spring Break is wild whether it be on the streets in Atlanta or on the beaches in Florida. And when you get large crowds together, it attracts the worst among us. Even officials were bedazzled, as the video states, there was $20m being made annually at one point, and the city didn't want to give it up. In short - this is why we can't have nice things.

Are you disapproving of this because it was the greatest black gathering in America or because of participants behavior?
