i have used...a ATT mobile wifi unit for YEARS, at first it was simple. i replaced the unit once after four years.
NOW however...it takes at least....at least....FOUR to FIVE HOURS on diff and many disconnected calls to
get anyone to help if the unit sours. mine doesnt seem to hold a charge long now.
they pass you around they confuse they do not help and they disconnect.
LOCAL ATT stores do not...any longer....stock what they sell. SRSLY.
let me say this...IT IS NOT THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS. i am NOT blaming the worker from some other country on the other
end of the long distance call to a customer service rep since even LOCAL cant help the customer. Local cannot even
supply the mobile wifi units that so many use.
i mean...we have machines on MARS....but cant answer phones on this land mass. srsly. !!!!!
soooooooooooooooo frustrated. finally....after nearly FIVE hours of phone crap and disconnects i get someone who can deal with
this mess and....simply....ship me a new wifi mobile unit. thats all.
thats all. just that. it took nearly FIVE hours to get this done.
yet...Mars is so close.
i will soon again...hunt for a diff mobile wifi hotspot that IS NOT BY ATT SINCE they dont sell them anymore but would
like to UPCHARGE for some new craap made and sold by some other outfit.
if im paying ATT monthly why am i sppsd to ...now...replace rebuy from.....walm.
i dont like this. if i paying ATT each month i expect to DEAL with ATT...not walm.
unless....its all one big corp called walm now.
do we have any "choice" left?
