Attempted Abduction Of Sleeping Woman On New York City Train

The perp was not only brazen enough to attempt the crime but wear an all red ski suit in NYC. This guy is either stupid, doesn't care or acted on pure impulse. No matter how one spins this is unforgivable, I see little redemption here. The guy's almost a half century old and one has to wonder has he done it before. I'd be checking all open abduction or missing person cases with similar circumstances.
 
I couldn't understand a word the woman was saying when she was shouting. !! Looked to me like the guy is mentally ill, he didn't make any attempt to make a run for it when the other men got off to see what was occurring
 
That's a really strong Bronx accent. I agree the guy seems to have mental problems. There are too many people like him roaming the streets due to a lack of mental health care.
