Australian Telco - Telstra really has become pathetic

Yesterday I was at Cottesloe Beach, wifi - no service.
Today I am at Bickley Brook - Phone - no service.
Many times my wifi is reduced to one bar. It seems their service is becoming worse as the years pass.
I am really angry with them but try and make a complaint on-line? Impossible

I am paying over $1000 a year for very poor service.
I will be ditching them but they will not care. What is one customer leaving when they made $2 billion in profit last year?
 

found them the opposite - if I run into real trouble - [been with them for 41 yrs] and I get a personalized operator who spends much time with me - but does have to duck out for something occasionally but never fails to return and always fixes the problem - couldn't speak for their overall service to australia but to me fine?
