What is awareness?
How is it different?
Is awareness meaningful to you?

Yesterday I met with my counselor for the second time. As she is getting to know me and I her I learned she has a heightened understanding about spirituality and life as one. She said, I was part of 1% of the population who understands life and spirit are united together in the great all of all. All and All is free from restriction or boundaries.
As simple as I can explain, according to my counselor only a few live life according to the explanation above.

There are lots of types of awareness, a mechanic, carpenter or builder possess an awareness that makes them unique in their own right.

Only 1%? That is very sad. Perhaps if more people were aware of the link between their life on Earth and their eternal soul, they might not be quite so cavalier about how they conduct themselves.

1% is what the woman said, don't know about accuracy.

I don't know what to do with myself, now I am retired. My entire work and volunteer history was centered in helping people, primarily people in recovery, hospital patients, and corrections institutions. I like helping people, but a part of me says learn to enjoy life without focusing other peoples problems and needs.

I may not have a choice in this matter for lack of places to work or volunteer. I hope as the weather turns warmer, there will be more things to do and see.

I've looked for senior activities near where I live, but so far I'm not aware of senior groups or activities to join. I know COVID and cold weather has hampered community socialization, I can only hope things will improve for increased socialization.
