Glad to hear that you are OK. I have been teaching at the Academy and haven’t been able to keep up with the posts. You seem to be very lonely and I wish that I could help, but living in PA makes that impossible.

I have an uncle that also lives out of state and his wife (my Aunt) died last year. He is in the same boat. I do get over to see and visit with him occasionally, but not as often as I would like. Loneliness is a terrible way to close out one’s life. Not to mean that I expect you to die any day now, but however much time you, me or anyone has left shouldn’t be spent alone.

It’s easy for me to say what I would do if I were you, but that’s being a bit cynical. I hope that you find some brightness in you life and maybe even a friend.
