Yes Dollie, I took it for a long time. Two pills daily. I am now on Metoprolol Succinate. Just one tablet a day. It does work as my bp has been good for some time now.

i have been taking metoprolol tartrate for a month now and i am having a terrible time with it ----feet and legs cramping and hands cant sleep i am trying to get ff it but you have to ween yourself off i sure am feeling lousy

I take two Metoprolols a day and have for about a year and a half. Can't say I'm having any particular problems with it but my blood pressure still isn't all that good.
