After a safety officer near Columbus State Community College in Ohio noticed a mother duck in distress, he discovered that her babies were stuck in a manhole.
A lieutenant with the Columbus State Police Department helped get the ducklings out. He said he was amazed by nature and how the mother duck wouldn’t leave her babies.
Once the ducklings were freed, they ran happily to their mother.
