Backlighting in photography

I always liked backlighting when photographing trees, etc.

This is parsley growing on my window. The lighting was perfect. Not too bright.

Very nice. Love the shadow the photo is exhibiting of both the pot and the plant itself.

Thank you. Macro setting blurs out the distant buildings. We had to set that on the old cameras.

I appreciate at all types of Art, but don't have the knack for actually doing it well.
