A truck full of copies of Roget's Thesaurus overturned today and spilled its load.

Motorists were stunned, startled, aghast, stupefied, confused, shocked, rattled, paralyzed, dazed, bewildered, surprised, dumbfounded, flabbergasted, confounded, astonished and numbed.
