Yes, I will try to make these.... soon. Making chicken gnocchi soup tomorrow (enough for a couple of meals). I freeze it in batches.

I went and checked the recipe, I think this one would be easy and tasty. That said I would not do the sauce, above my pay grade. I pinned it for later. Thanks for sharing. I think they would also freeze well, we shall see!
