So Dave cued up Band of Brothers on HBO Go today. We've watched it twice before, and I've read the book. And yet, I was riveted. The acting is superb. The characters are clearly drawn. Those men were truly the greatest generation. I'm pretty sure I know how that whole WWII thing turns out, but it was still interesting. The first time we watched it, our daughter and her husband came over to watch it too, because we got HBO and they didn't. We all loved it, and couldn't wait for the next installment. No binge watching then. Ironically, we are watching it now on their HBO Go account. Shh! don't tell.
