From yesterday's CBS Sunday Morning, a great story. The piece runs 2:47 and many here of you will likely enjoy it.

Ninety-three-year-old Navy veteran Ernie Andrus has just finished a three-year run across the country. His run from the Pacific to the Atlantic was to raise awareness about an unsung hero of the war. Steve Hartman met Ernie several times and Sunday Morning was there when he finished his journey.

Unbelievable. What a will. My dad and grandfather served in WWII. Not too many survivors left any more!
That man looks in terrific shape for his age! Love how the group joined him, had to made him happy! We owe all our veterans a great deal of gratitude for their service no matter in which war they served. From sea to shining sea, very cool.

Wasn't that inspiring? I hope I'm in a good enough shape to do stuff like that when I'm his age. And yes, the group joining him was wonderful and so good to see.

Wow. My father and some of my uncles served in WWII and they're all dead, I'm sorry to say. This is an inspiring story.
