Bee or wasp venom for osteoarthritis

Some folks may recall that I posted a few days ago about being stung by hornets five or six times on my hand when I tried to open one of the big Tractor gates. It seems there was a crack in one of the welds and the hornets went in and made a nest inside the hollow pipe.

They were not happy with me so they came out fighting mad. I think only two stung me, but I know there were five or six stings on my left thumb and index finger.

I came in the house, stuck my hand in ice cubes and took three Benadryl. In about 20 minutes, the venom rush subsided. I was fine as I knew I would be because, believe you me, this is a long way from my first rodeo with bee stings; Two times in my life were pretty massive and I never had an allergic reaction.

Anyway, I told my brother and said wouldn’t it be funny if the arthritis in that hand goes away or at least quits hurting from all that venom. I had no idea there is such a thing as venom treatment for osteoarthritis, but there appears to be.

I am surprised there are quite a few credible articles on the subject. This is just one.

It is certainly not for somebody who is allergic to bee stings, but I can tell you this about my own incident. So far my hand is pain-free from arthritis. Yes. It. Is.

so now I’m wondering if I shouldn’t find some back room person to give me bee sting venom clear across my lower back to make that pain go away at least temporarily. I know this isn’t permanent, but it sure is nice to have my hand back without any pain in it, if only for a little while 🤠

OMG this is really interesting to me..because I have OA in both hands predominately in the right which is my injured hand now...

I have been stung by Hornets it was the one time I fainted.. it was so painful....

Going to look at your link now..I hope you've stumbled on something valuable to us... and I hope your OA remains subsided...
