Beef Short Ribs Of Beef

Before I used to brown them up (ontop of the stove).
Then add the beef cooking stock cranberry sauce, the onions and then the potatoes.
I would then continue cooking them ontop of the stove (until they were done).
Usually they were cooking ontop of the stove for about 1 hour to 1 hour and half.

I am now cooking my Beef Short Ribs of Beef differently.
I still cook them ontop of the stove.
I now add some water- and then I add some beef cooking stock (to the Beef Short Ribs Of Beef).
I cook on a low to a medium fire for about 1 hour to a little more then one hour.
Usually they ready in that amount of cooking time.

I switched to this second cooking recipe for a few reasons.
Cooking time and labor time is less than with the first recipe.
 

I've never cooked them primarily because I never liked the way mom prepared them. She would roll them in flour and bake them in the oven. She'd serve them with the cooking juices poured over them.

I've never had them cooked stove-top with onions or stock. They probably are more tasty this way. :D

Sounds tasty, for some reason I've not had beef short ribs more than maybe a couple times. But I'll be looking for them at the grocery store. Thread bookmarked for your recipe! 🎉

Beef short ribs either cooked at home with jar of garlic sauce or from the Chinese Takeaway. Yummy!

We came upon a shop that had beef long ribs (12 inches at least) baked in tomato juice and served with wedge fries. Shop was called Reddi Chef I believe.

These days when I get a hankering, I buy briskets from butcher shops. I know every ingredients in that Chinese Garlic Sauce, so I make my own. Served with a homemade fried rice. Instant dinner!

Remeber to cook the meaty Short Beef Ribs Of Beef for a little over an hour.
Make a thin slit in each beef rib to see if they are thoroughly cooked.
