Upon completion town zoning officer had me measure from center of road to determine distance variance. We own two lots so to prevent additional variance cost we consolidated both properties into one.
On April 29, there will be town hearing for neighbors within 300 ft to agree or disagree if the accept both structures. Once approved we will have to pay for distance variance from road center.
I need to add gravel to build up the ground of both structures, after approval from the town hearing.
