Ice cold beer......

To you,what tastes better cold?

Sometimes, when I leave what's left of my McD coffee on the porch overnight, and the next morn is slushy...it's Purdy darn good

But not so good I don't make a fresh pot

Sometimes, pepperoni pizza holds its own after a night in the fridge

Ice cold beer should be a crime against humanity. A lot of "lager style" beers have virtually no taste anyway, so why completely ruin them ? It's becoming difficult here to find a pub that sells a proper non-frozen "beer" to someone who isn't afraid of tasting something.

Cold chicken & mayo sandwich is nice.

To each his own Capt.......I had all of the warm beer that I ever want while in Vietnam.

Agree with fried chicken, meatloaf and even pizza. Not saying they're better cold but just as good cold.

I can't think of anything that I won't eat cold. Not fond of cold steak or hamburger though.

Tangerines or mandarins, peeled and sectioned and put in the freezer until ice crystals start to form inside. Mmmmmm. Pop 'em in you mouth for citrus slushies.

Oh this sounds good! One fruit I do like besides berries and watermelon are Cara-Cara oranges. I hope I remember to do this when they come back.

Toast...I prefer toast to be cold so the Cold butter doesn't sink in to the bread!!!

Because of you, HD, I ate toast like this today on my rustic, Italian sourdough toast. Of course, I have had this by mistake several times in the past and realized today, that I love it. I'm just afraid I would add too much butter!

I like the combination of hot and cold together, such as very cold turkey or chicken cubed on a bed of hot rice smothered in hot gravy. In the summer I like finely chopped raw cold tomatoes seasoned and marinated with other chopped vegetables and olive oil served over piping hot pasta. The contrast of hot and cold together is delicious.
