I came out of the supermarket today and a gust of wind blew my hat away, so, I let go of my shopping trolley and chased after my hat.
When I returned with the hat firmly on my old nut, my trolley was empty, someone had pinched my groceries that were neatly bagged ready for me to get into a taxi.
No-one saw who took my stuff, but I thought that anyone stealing food must be desperate and hungry, so back into the supermarket I went and bought more food.
I've been mulling it over since I got home, and I do recall two youths (a boy and a girl) standing where the trollies are kept outside the supermarket.
Anyway, the food only amounted to just under £20, so it was no great loss, and if it was those kids that took my foodstuff, well, they got a feed on me.
