It was a small ocean front village. Many shore birds spent their days there hunting for food.
However, The terns were overtaking the other species and were messing up the entire shoreline.
The mayor put his foot down and ordered every able bodied civilian out on to the beach to throw stones
at the terns and drive them away.
His last warning to the people: Leave no tern unstoned !
