Blood Test Results

After emailing my doctor and not receiving a response, I went to her office this morning and requested the results of my latest blood test done on October 4 as a pre-operative requirement. Everything in the CBC was withing normal ranges and were most of the metabolic panel. Some that were out of normal range were: glucose - 103 mg/dL (down from 117 done in August),
albumin - 5.1 g/dL,
alkaline phosphatase - 124 IU/L
A1c - 5.8%
However, these were just SLIGHTLY out of the normal ranges shown on the report and some were almost identical to the August report. This WAS a fasting test - the August one wasn't.

Well, good? I'm waiting on mine. Glucose, cholesterol and thyroid standard at my annual exam. I do full fast, consuming nothing but water for at keast 10 hrs before the draw, because it is usually most accurate results. If not for the cholesterol reading i could have coffee (since i don't sweeten it) but found out last year tat coffee can effect the cholesterol readings (raises 'bad' one if i recall correctly).

If anything needs attention i'll get a call from doc, otherwise will get a letter, usually within week from appt and bloid draw.
