Bought myself a gift

Bought myself a kindle papaerwhite! Now patiently looking out the curtains for the UPS truck to arrive. I bought the Nook years ago when it first came out and decided I wanted another ereader for travel, etc.

I hope you enjoy it, Debbie. I bought a Kindle instead of a Nook because there was a rumor floating around that B&N was about to go out of business. I'm not sure which e-reader is better, or if there is much difference.

I've had the paperwhite for a few years now..I prefer it to all the other kindles including the kindle fire...

I had a paper white and loved it. I had to return it because my library would only hook up to the kindle fire. I was very disappointed. The paper white was so much better for reading.

I have a Paperwhite, but it's the only e-reader I've ever used so I'm not that knowledgeable. The most recent Kindle update was great, giving us more font choices along with the ability to bold any font with our choice of gradation and multiple size choices.
