Boxing legend Aussie Joe Bugner dies aged 75

Hungarian-born heavyweight boxer Joe Bugner has died at age 75 in a Brisbane aged care home. Known as 'Aussie Joe' after becoming an Australian citizen in 1986, Bugner famously went the distance with Muhammad Ali twice and also fought Joe Frazier, winning British, Commonwealth and European titles during his career. After retiring from boxing, he appeared in films and television before making several comebacks, including winning the Australian heavyweight title in 1995.

I had no idea about being in a care Home either.

I read it yesterday, Tish...I was sad about that I was more saddened by the fact that it was hidden deep below news about''reality stars''.... so easily missed....

I didn't know he was in a care home.. not like the British media to have not picked up on that one, unless of course he hadn't been there long.
