I've been Tapping for years and mostly off and on but in recent year or so I Tap every morning before I get out of bed and a portion of Tapping before I go to sleep.

It really does help and gets me feeling more up and gets the blood moving. And it's free and no doctors involved.

Really? So did I! Tap and Jazz, I think 4 years. I loved it. A bit of Ballroom too. Glad you had that fun.

But in the 70's and 80's, it was disco, the disco queen here. No wonder so much OA probably.

After my divorce I did catch up with my dancing, ex did not dance. He did math and computers....
 
Oh, my tap etc was when I was younger. By the 70's
80's and 90's I was still dancing in clubs, but never disco really, just having fun.
