Bread Machine Whole Wheat Bread

1 1/4 cup water

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 cup honey

3 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1 Tblsp gluten

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

I use the dough cycle then remove and put in a greased bread pan. Let rise one hour covered with a kitchen towel. 375 for 30 minutes
