Harvey Boulter killed Gerhardus Van Wyk in Namibia in
a drunken tussle for a pistol during a barbecue in South
Africa.
He allegedly suggested that the dead man's daughter-in-law
owed him sex for her and her husband being allowed to build
a house on land given to them for free by Boulter.
The elder Van Wyk took this suggestion badly and attacked Boulter
who carried a pistol 24 hrs a day in a shoulder holster.
